911 Turbo

2013–2019Coupé · Cabriolet

Since 1975 the Turbo has been the 911's technology flagship, and the 991 made it faster and far more usable. The 2013 car introduced a 3.8-litre twin-turbo six with variable turbine geometry, 520 PS (382 kW; 513 hp) and 660 Nm (487 lb-ft), plus the first active aerodynamics on a series 911 and standard rear-axle steering. For 2016 the engine grew to 540 PS (397 kW; 533 hp), with 710 Nm (524 lb-ft) available on overboost. PTM all-wheel drive and a seven-speed PDK are fixed; the facelift coupé sprints to 100 km/h in 2.9 s, reaches 320 km/h (199 mph) and weighs 1,595 kg (3,516 lb).
