911 Carrera 4

2012–2019Coupé · Cabriolet

The all-wheel-drive Carrera 4 arrived at the Paris Motor Show in September 2012, adding PTM multi-plate traction to the wide-body 991 shell. It shares its engines with the rear-drive car: 350 PS (345 hp) from the 3.4-litre naturally aspirated six to 2015, then 370 PS (365 hp) and 450 Nm (332 lb-ft) from the 3.0-litre twin-turbo. PASM lowered suspension became standard with the facelift, and rear-axle steering was added as an option. The 991.2 Coupé with PDK runs to 100 km/h in 4.3 s (4.1 s with Sport Chrono), carries 290 km/h (180 mph) and weighs 1,500 kg (3,307 lb) in DIN trim.
