911 Carrera S

2019–2024Coupé · Cabriolet

The car that launched the 992. Porsche chose the Los Angeles Auto Show on 28 November 2018 to unveil the Carrera S and Carrera 4S, and the 3.0-litre biturbo was the headline: 331 kW (450 PS; 443 hp) at 6,500 rpm and 530 Nm (391 lb-ft) between 2,300 and 5,000 rpm, both new highs for a Carrera. A brand-new eight-speed PDK was standard, with a seven-speed manual added for 2020 model years — fitted with Sport Chrono as standard. The S sprints to 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds, or 3.5 with Sport Chrono, and runs to 308 km/h. Coupé and Cabriolet, and the basis for the Sport Classic and the whole 992.1 GT family.
