Twelve years after the first 911 GTS, the 992.1 GTS arrived in June 2021 in five forms: Carrera GTS and Carrera 4 GTS Coupés and Cabriolets plus the Targa 4 GTS. The 2,981 cm³ twin-turbo flat-six was uprated to 353 kW (480 PS; 473 hp) and 570 Nm (420 lb-ft) — 30 PS and 20 Nm more than the Carrera S. GTS-specific PASM suspension, Turbo braking hardware and a seven-speed manual with a shortened lever sit alongside the eight-speed PDK, and a Lightweight Design package from November 2021 saved up to 25 kg. An optional Aerokit replaced the deployable spoiler with a fixed wing. The Coupé runs 0–100 km/h in 3.4 seconds with Sport Chrono and 312 km/h (194 mph).
